A breakdown of services and resources offered by the Arizona State Library's Connect Arizona program, including remote technology tutoring and assistance with digital navigators, online tech learning and proctored assessments with Northstar Digital Literacy, a free public wifi map for Arizona, information and help on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) application and much more!
Presenters:
Brandon Knight is a dedicated library worker with a passion for digital inclusion and literacy. He has 16+ years experience in public libraries, both as library staff and a digital navigator. He is currently Project Manager and a Digital Navigator with Connect Arizona.
Erin Lorandos is the Digital Inclusion Consultant for the State Library. Prior to joining the Library Development team, Erin worked in public and academic libraries in both Arizona and Wisconsin. Most recently, she worked as a branch manager with the Maricopa County Library District. Erin has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master's of Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
